At Profadking, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

3. Order Processing

It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Due to some products out of stock or other reasons, orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

For out-of-stock products, we will send out as soon as possible after replenishment. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock.

We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, You can choose to wait for a second package, exchange it, or partially refund for out-of-stock items.
4. Delivery

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

5. Shipping Delaysor Loss

Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases.
